SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping to Italy

  • Delivery time: 2-4 business days
  • Carrier: via Packlink PRO (reliable national services)
  • Tracking: you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is shipped

Shipping to Europe

  • Delivery time: 4-7 business days for EU countries
  • Delivery time: 5-10 business days for non-EU European countries
  • Carrier: via Packlink PRO with certified international carriers
  • Tracking: available for all shipments

International Shipping (rest of the world)

  • Delivery time: 7-15 business days
  • Carrier: via Packlink PRO with international services
  • Tracking: available for all shipments

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. All our packages are small and lightweight (approximately 250g).

Customs, Duties and Taxes

  • EU countries: No additional customs duties or import taxes apply. The price you see at checkout is the final price.
  • Non-EU countries (including UK, Switzerland, Norway, USA, Canada, etc.): Your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office for more information about potential fees before placing your order.
  • Important: Refusal to pay customs duties may result in the package being returned to us. In such cases, we cannot offer a full refund as return shipping costs will be deducted.
